Tolle, sehr gepflegte Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeber. Sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch in Pettneu. Tolle Lage, direkt in der Umgebung(Sportgeschäft, Konditorei, Supermarkt, Skibus, Bank) alles im Radius von 120m.

Wir waren vor ca. 8 Jahren einer der ersten Gäste bei Fam. Lorenz und kommen seither jährlich, inzwischen mit einer zweiten Familie in der Nebenwohnung. Wir reisen viel, aber das ist unsere Lieblingsunterkunft - modern, sauber, preislich ok, zentrale Lage, netter Ort, tolles Schifahren, großzügige Gastgeber, wir werden immer wiederkommen!!!

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, molto spazioso e arredato con gusto. Il panorama è fantastico e si può ammirare sia dalle grandi finestre che dal balcone.
Il bus per Sankt Anton è sotto casa e passa ogni quarto d'ora, arrivando alla partenza delle cabinovie in pochi minuti.
Pettneu è un paesino delizioso, con ristoranti, caffè, negozi.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Annemarie è gentilissima e ci ha anche fatto trovare una sorpresa per Pasqua. Grazie mille💖

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in the Mittagsspitze apartment at Lorenz, while our adult daughter and partner joined us for 2 nights. AnneMarie was very accommodating for our early February dates, as many apartments are only available for full weeks in ski season. The second bedroom with a separate bathroom provided good privacy for us.|The apartment is modern and spacious, with mountain views and access to a large shared balcony.|The apartments full kitchen enabled us to prepare meals when desired.|The locked storage area for skis included a large boot heating closet, and is conveniently located by the front door.||A good grocery store is located on the ground floor under Lorenz. An awesome bakery, excellent ski rental shop, and ski ticket booth are all located together just 2 minutes down the street. ||Pettneu does have a few good restaurants, but is a very quiet town compared to St. Anton. But the accommodation value is much better in Pettneu.||For transportation in winter, free ski buses stop across from the ski shop as frequently as every 15 minutes until about 18:00, and bring you to the lifts. There are infrequent buses during the evening, but taxis are readily available - currently 30 Euros during the evening.|We recommend Apartments Lorenz as a comfortable place to stay in Pettneu, which makes for a good value base for skiing the huge St. Anton am Arlberg ski area.|||

Lorenz was our first time trying an apartment accommodation. We selected this place because of its reasonable price and a great looking location about 8 minutes away by skibus from the Nassereinbahn skilift. ||||When we arrived, the owner picked us up from Nasserein and took us to Pettneu. When we arrived, we were very impressed about the nicely renovated interior of the house, and the room was very spacious and looked newly renovated too. We had a huge balcony with a mountain view also. In our room there was a separate small kitchen, double bed, tv, a sofa dining table and a quite large bathroom. There is also enough storage space for clothes n stuff. There is a locked ski room downstairs with a ski boot warmer closet. ||||I found Pettneu am Arlberg to be slightly more affordable than St Anton, and it is really no effort to get to and from there by skibus. Lorenz is located in the middle of Pettneu, and the skibus stop is about 50 meters away. There is also a very affordable ski rental Mietski under 100 meters from the hotel. Maybe the best part is that there is well equipped M-Market right downstairs to you, so you have no need to go to St Anton or anywhere else to grocery shopping. You will get everything you need downstairs. We made all of our shopping there and missed nothing. ||||When looking at accommodation in St Anton area, take serious look at Pettneu, but only if you appreciate peace and quiet. There will be no partying there, but dont worry, you can always go to Anton and take the night bus back for 5 eur / person. There is two ski rentals, a sports clothing store, a few restaurants for food, an ATM, info center and a self service ski pass purchasing point in the village. ||||I must really mention the very good and friendly service we received in Lorenz. We had some requests, and those were filled immediately and with a smile on their face. I will recommend to anyone with pleasure.

Super comfortable mini flat with kitchen,living room ,2 rooms(each has 1bed,1small sofa that become bed,table with chair, 2sidetables near bed),2bathrooms(douche+toilet),1extra sofa, 1big dinning table& that all for 2family for good price 180 € per day in the end of February 2018. Super service. They can change you bed linen & towels whenever you need. They have extra baby bed. Everything you need is at the kitchen. Paper towels, dishwasher with extra tablets, a lot of different glasses, plates..frying pan... 🙂 We don't see a kettle,but just we say it - we have it in 5 minutes. There are also extra storage at the ground floor for all skiing stuff. Aaaand! A super useful supermarket at the ground floor of the building. You can find there everything you need.extra fresh meet &fish, bear,a lot of vegetables, juices , frozen pizza etc. Really everything 😍😍😍 My first time when you don't need to run,search or be worry about food 😎
